PeeWee & Tumble Tots
Ages 1-2
These tiny gymnasts get to explore the very early fundamentals of gymnastics through practice of motor skills, coordination, balance, and strength. They learn how to move their bodies in different ways such as climbing, swinging, balancing on beams and uneven surfaces, and jumping. This is often their first class setting and they get to practice waiting their turn, sharing, and early social skills. In this class they should learn how to forward roll with assistance, hang on a bar, be comfortable going upside down, and how to jump with both feet.
Wednesday 9:00-9:45am and 10:00-10:45am
Jr Flyers
Ages 3-4
This is the first independent class they can do in our program. It is important they learn how to follow the circuit (even if they don’t remember what to do on each station) and stay with their coach during class. In this class, these children will learn how to take instruction from their coach, remember 3-4 stations, and continue to learn early gymnastics fundamentals such as rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. They will also learn the names of more gymnastics positions like straddle, tuck, and pike during circle time.

Flippin' Flyers
Ages 4-5
In this class, these 4 year olds will continue to build on the skills they learned in Jr Flyers. For instance, instead of just doing a donkey kick, they’ll try a handstand from a lunge. They should be able to remember 4 - 5 stations and can take more instructions at a time. Learning how to stand in line, take turns, share, and communicate their feelings are important as they will be preparing for Kindergarten soon. We encourage more independence to try things by themselves (within reason) in this class and praise them for being brave or accomplishing something new.
